Our Mission
Statement |
The Morgan MBA Student Association is an organization dedicated to the development of
competent,ambitious, and competitive students within the Earl G. Graves School of
Business at Morgan State University.
We seek to represent the student's interests
and concerns, to enhance their experience, and to strengthen the Morgan MBA.

Our Goals
|
- Establish networks between Morgan MBA students, alumni, faculty, and the
outside business world.
- Improve financial, analytical, communication, technological, and social
skills.
- Help in preparing students to assume top-level jobs.
- Promote a professional culture.
- Give students the opportunity to define their Morgan experience.

The MMSA is geared towards providing additional leadership and developmental avenues to
supplement the academic learning given at the institution. It provides MBA students with
the opportunity to network with each other and industry professionals and serves at times
as a platform for change within the MBA program.
This organization, open to members of the MBA program, is led by a group of dedicated
students, who give their time and energy to improve the quality and offerings of the
program. During the past year, through the MMSA, students were able to
participate in several workshops including an Etiquette workshop, Information sessions with
several companies (PHH, HP,Black and Decker), the Black MBA conference, and several other
social activities.
If you are interested in joining the MMSA, please feel free to come to Mc Mechen Rm 101 and
speak to any member of the executive board.
